Services Offered

I currently provide individual, couples, family, and group telehealth sessions for children, teens, and adults in the states of New York and North Carolina. My approach is person-centered, casual, and laid back. I believe it is important to build a trusting relationship with my clients and pass no judgment. My goal is to help clients learn new skills that will enhance their daily lives while minimizing unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I provide evidence-based therapies such as, but not limited to: CBT, Progressive Counting, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy.

Individual Therapy
(Ages 5-99)

Individual therapy is a collaborative, one-on-one process between a client and a trained, licensed mental health professional. It provides a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment. The primary goal is to help clients understand themselves more deeply, address personal challenges, and develop healthier coping strategies to improve their overall well-being.

Family /Couples Therapy

Family therapy is a type of psychotherapy that addresses the behaviors and relationships of all family members to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and promote a healthy family system. Rather than viewing a problem as belonging to one individual, family therapy operates from a systemic perspective, recognizing that one person's issues often impact the entire family unit and vice versa. The goal is not to assign blame but to foster a deeper understanding of family dynamics and create a supportive environment for collective healing and growth.

Group Therapy
(Ages 5-99)

Group therapy is a powerful form of psychotherapy where a small group of individuals meet with one or more licensed mental health professionals to explore and resolve personal challenges. Unlike individual therapy, the collective environment of a group provides a unique opportunity for participants to share struggles, gain perspective from multiple viewpoints, and develop new skills in a supportive, confidential setting.
